Our Commitment to You
I stand behind every candle and accessory that we produce at Big Moon
Beeswax. Each product is handcrafted at our studio with care, and every order
is packed by hand, checked for completeness and quality before it leaves our
door. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase — and if something
isn't right, we want to make it right.

Reporting an Issue
If you experience any problem with your order, please contact us within 14
days of delivery at beecozy@bigmoonbeeswax.com. To help us resolve
your concern as quickly as possible, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
(what happened, which item is affected) - Photographs showing the issue, including:
- The affected product
- The inside of the box as it
appeared when opened - The outside of the shipping box,
including any visible damage - If the issue involves a shipping
carrier (USPS), please also retain all packaging materials until the
matter is resolved
We review every concern individually and will respond within 2 business
days.
Product Issues vs. Shipping Damage
We handle these two situations differently because they have different
causes:
Product Issues — If your candle or accessory has a defect in craftsmanship or materials
(for example, a wick issue, wax imperfection, or incorrect item), we will work
with you directly to resolve it. This may include a replacement, exchange, or
refund depending on the situation.
Shipping Damage — Our products are carefully packed using a multi-layer protective
system designed to prevent damage during transit. If your order arrives with
damage that appears to have occurred during shipping, we will need photographs
of both the product and the outer shipping box to evaluate the claim. Shipping
damage claims may need to be filed with the carrier (USPS), and we will assist
you with that process.
Returns
If a return is appropriate, the following conditions apply:
- Returns must be requested within 14
days of delivery - Products must be returned in
their original packaging, including all items, packaging materials,
and the outer shipping box - Returned items should be in the same
condition as received — products that have been used, burned, altered,
or are missing components may not qualify for a full refund - Return shipping is the
responsibility of the customer unless the issue is determined to be a
product defect or packing error on our part - Refunds are issued after we
receive and inspect the returned items. We will complete our review
within 5 business days of receiving your return.

return — we need to provide you with return instructions and confirm
eligibility.
Personal Injury Claims
If you believe one of our products has caused a personal injury, please
contact us immediately at beecozy@bigmoonbeeswax.com. In addition to the
documentation listed above, we ask that you provide:
- Photographs of the injury
- The name and contact information
of any medical provider who treated the injury - Any workplace or incident reports
filed in connection with the injury
Personal injury claims are reviewed separately from standard product
returns and may require additional time for a thorough investigation. Please
retain all products, packaging, and shipping materials in the condition they
were in at the time of the incident until the review is complete.
