Our Shipping Rates
We ship USPS PRIORITY MAIL in order to get your candles to you as quickly and safely as possible. We prefer not to use GROUND shipping across the country as it's hard on boxes no matter how well they are packed (and takes a minimum of 5-7 days to arrive.) All shipping carriers have dramatically increased their rates and we help our customers with that cost with flat rate shipping (where we pay some of your shipping to save you money.) If there is more than $1 difference between your flat rate cost and what it cost Big Moon to ship, we refund you the difference.
We ship within the US only at this time.

Your order will be shipped out from our studio in Washington State within 3 business days. Once your order leaves our studio, it should take 2-3 USPS delivery days. Please note that we ship Monday-Friday and do not count weekends or holidays as business days. All shipping rates are in US Dollars.
