Refillable Beeswax Moon Drop Tealights
Beeswax tea light candles for anyone who likes the idea of a tea light cup they keep and refill. Our Moon Drop tealights come with a metal cup — light a fresh beeswax tea light in the same cup again and again. No plastic cup, just refills.
- Refillable by design. Keep the metal cup and drop in a fresh Moon Drop each time — a tidy, low-waste way to enjoy beeswax candlelight.
- Longer burn from a smarter shape. The rounded "moon drop" bottom burns more efficiently than a standard flat tealight — approximately of 6+ hours each, with very little wax waste.
- 100% pure beeswax. All-natural and clean-burning, made in the Pacific Northwest.
Good to know before you buy: Moon Drops are designed for the metal cups they come in. Because of their shape and size, they're not meant for standard plastic-cup tealight holders, and we don't recommend them for delicate or enclosed glass holders given beeswax's longer, warmer burn. If you're using a specific holder you love, our standard beeswax tea lights may be the better fit — these shine brightest in open holders or on a heat-safe surface.

I only use beeswax candles and I've tried many, many brands. Big Moon is my absolute favorite! I won't buy any other beeswax.
We have tried so many examples from many different sources and have not found any to compare. Others do not burn correctly or are missing the wonderful scent from Big Moon candles. I'm not sure what voodoo Bryce has going with the bees but it works the best!

Big Moon is THE BEST beeswax candle source around. Period. We've got a place nearby but the quality of their offerings pales in comparison. These larger 3x6 candles burn clean and bright and smell amazing. No blemishes, the wicks are PERFECT and they last a long time. Make sure to order a few as you may want to place them in multiple locations. Thanks, Big Moon for all that you do!
So happy with this candle! Ordered on a lark and now it's our favorite. Absolutely adore the honeycomb design and appreciate all the craftsmanship that goes into ALL of Big Moon's candles but this one in particular is a superstar. I bought 3 pillars 3 years ago and they are just now getting near the end of their lifespan… I use them all winter. They are so beautiful and the light they put out is warm. And they smell so good- just a touch of honey. Love them… going to purchase another 3 soon!
Our family traditions include a lovely fixture that holds 12 votive candle glasses in an oval. We light one votive on the first day of Christmas, two on the second, and so on, so by Twelfth night the light has grown bright indeed. These votives bring excellent quality sweet scent and warm glow year after year.

The candles designed and produced by Big Moon Beeswax, are made from 100% Pure Beeswax, hand selected from apiaries located within the Pacific Northwest. Since beeswax is made naturally by bees, the wax color and fragrance will vary depending on where in North America the honeybees forage. We select all our beeswax according to fragrance, color and geographical foraging regions. Our most frequently used beeswax colors range from a soft yellow to a rich golden hue.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) considers a product to be fragrance-free when there are “no fragrance materials or masking scents used in a product.” 100% pure beeswax has zero added fragrance materials, but still smells beautiful naturally.
